Photographers are always trying to find new and exciting locations. Places that will give you beautiful backgrounds and interesting places to pose. The search is never done, but I think I've hit the location lottery. I rarely see other photographers around so I think it's kind of my hidden little gem.... for now. Don't go giving away my secret, but my favorite place to photograph is Veteran's Park in Boise Idaho. There's big open spaces for the wide shots, calm water for splashing, bridges, dirt paths, tall grass... it has everything!
Taking my kids for a walk in the park is the best time to spend some time with them and to get to have fun looking for that perfect little nook for photos. This time I was able to torture my poor stepson by taking pictures of him and his girlfriend.
